Meet our Chef de Cuisine
Lauren D'Agostino is a holistic health coach, plant based chef, and essential oil educator using plants as powerful medicine and self-love as a catalyst for lasting lifestyle change to help others create a life well loved. Inspired by her work as a vegan chef, the global consciousness shift and her own transition into living a natural life, she is guiding others to lead a more plant centered lifestyle both on and off the plate.
She believes that everyone could benefit from eating more vegetables and practicing more self-love and works with her clients to teach them new strategies for plant-based meal preparation. She shares her meal prep tips and intuitive cooking methods with others in fun and engaging classes, workshops, and private instruction in home kitchens in the Greater Lowell area.
She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and the Patisserie & Baking Program at Le Cordon Bleu. A total nerd for all things natural and whole, she is a dedicated yogi, essential oil enthusiast, kombucha brewer, and avid reader on personal development.
